5.1 Shipping Coverage
VALEHEIM provides shipping services to the United Kingdom and most European countries. We will clearly display available shipping regions on the checkout page.
5.2 Processing Time
All orders will be processed and shipped within 1–3 working days after payment confirmation (excluding weekends and UK public holidays).
5.3 Delivery Time
UK Domestic Shipping: 3–7 working days. European Shipping: 7–14 working days. Remote areas may require additional delivery time due to logistics and customs clearance.
5.4 Shipping Fees
Shipping fees are automatically calculated based on your shipping address, product weight and package size at checkout. We will launch free shipping activities from time to time, subject to the latest store rules.
5.5 Order Tracking
After the order is shipped, we will send a tracking number to your reserved email. You can check the real-time logistics status through the official logistics platform.
5.6 Customs & Duties
For international orders, any local customs duties, taxes and handling fees incurred are borne by the customer. We are not responsible for customs delays or duty charges.
